Dalby Magistrates Court

Dalby Magistrates Court is located on the corner of Cunningham Street and Drayton Street in Dalby, near the Dalby Primary School. This court consists of a single courtroom. The current presiding Magistrate is Magistrate Tracy Mossop. This court sits on Mondays and Tuesdays for three weeks out of each calendar month. The court also operates occasionally on Wednesdays to make up for missed days (e.g, public holidays). Dalby Magistrates Court hears Domestic Violence applications twice per calendar month, normally on a Monday. Children’s Court matters, including criminal matters and child protection matters, civil matters, and special hardship orders,s are normally heard on Mondays. Traffic matters, including applications for section 87 restricted licences, are heard on Tuesdays. Specific dates can be found on the Dalby court calendar. The Supreme Court does not sit at Dalby. Family and federal law matters are not heard at Dalby.
