Samira Ashkar

Samira holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) from the University of Wollongong. She also has a Masters of Dispute Resolution from the University of Technology Sydney and has completed a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.

Samira is admitted as a solicitor in New South Wales but is also highly experienced in Australian federal law areas such as family law and consumer law.

Samira is an experienced solicitor in the areas of traffic law, DUI, criminal law and family law. She has also presented the legal component as a volunteer at many Traffic Offenders Intervention Programs and dedicates her spare time educating others when new traffic legislation becomes effective. Samira loves to mentor newly-admitted solicitors and is always ready to provide additional assistance to her clients.

Samira is passionate about seeking justice for the clients she represents. With over 10 years’ client service experience, she knows how to deal with unexpected situations. She is an advocate for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and has the experience required to guide her clients through the complexities of the legal process.

In her spare time, Samira loves to travel and enjoys engaging with all types of sport.
