About Genevieve

Genevieve Krienke joined Armstrong Legal in February 2023 and has worked exclusively in Contested Estates since that time. She currently practises as a solicitor in the firm's Melbourne Contested Estates team.

Genevieve has experience across a broad range of estate litigation, probate and administration matters, including family provision claims, complex probate applications, superannuation disputes, and will validity disputes. She adopts a practical and compassionate approach and is committed to guiding clients through the legal process with clarity, care and efficiency.

Genevieve holds a Bachelor of Laws from Deakin University and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from Australian College of Applied Professionals. She was admitted to practise as a lawyer by the Supreme Court of Victoria in May 2025. Her academic background, together with her extensive pre-admission experience in Contested Estates, has equipped her with a strong foundation in estate law and client advocacy.
