Damian Carvalho

Damian Carvalho has over 12 years' experience in the legal industry, working across client services, legal operations and practice support in both private practice and in-house settings.

Damian joined Armstrong Legal in 2018 and leads the firm's national client services team — often the first people a client speaks to when they contact the firm. His team handles new enquiries across criminal law, family law and wills and estates, making sure every caller is directed to the right lawyer quickly.

Damian's role is to ensure that clients' needs are met in an appropriate and affordable way from the very first phone call. He works with the firm's practice directors to provide training, support and guidance to the client services team, and oversees the systems that keep client communication running smoothly.

Damian is based in Sydney but works closely with our offices in Victoria, Queensland, Canberra and Western Australia.
